HILDEGARD ART PRIZE On International Womens' Day, March 8 2008, Catherine Stanley was awarded the Hildegard Art Prize. The prize, a two week Artist Residency and solo exhibition at cc contemporary art space . 3 mann street . Gosford . NSW . Australia, is an annual Award initiated by contemporary art space to honour the creative insights of Hildegard of Bingen and encourage the making of work that relates to the sacred and the spiritual imagination, in the 21st century context. Catherine Stanley's work was selected from entries received from local and international Artists. Female Artists 18 years + are invited to apply for the 2009 Hildegard Art Award.
