Inner child/core connection weekend
-The Core Connection/Inner Child - Love of Self weekend (November 21st to 23rd) includes workshop 3days& 2nights, reconnecting night, shared accommodation and all meals, and is held in a gorgeous location overlooking Forrester's Beach.

This weekend is educational, experiential and transformational. It is a great opportunity to be there for you, and to enable you to connect to more of you through the inner child. Your 'inner child" is the part of you that contains your deepest truth; it is the part that truly knows how you feel, and what you want.

The program, developed over 16 years by expert practitioner Jonine Lee (president of the Australian breathwork association), is a potent mix of seminars and processes, including breath work, boundary setting, sand play and family constellations to help you understand more about yourself.

You will learn how you developed your inner belief system (the way of thinking that is running your life) and most importantly - how to change what isn't working. Through connecting with, and taking responsibility for the part of you that was wounded in early childhood, you will then understand the root causes of anger, ill health, anxiety, depression and other life issues and concerns.

The workshop is a personal experience and you are not obligated to do or say anything; the choice is yours. Our aim is for you to have your own unique experience.
