Terms of Reference
FUSION comprises a number of representatives from the arts community on the Central Coast. All representitives are members of Fusion Central Coast Inc.

The following disciplines are represented on the committee:
Visual Art
Music
Dance
Writing
Festivals and Events
Drama
Community Art
Youth
Council/Government

Each discipline has two representative positions on the committee, and these representatives are responsible for sharing information to and from their discipline.

Only one representative per arts/cultural organisation will be considered for nomination on the committee. The definition a “representative” is an individual who is involved in the management and planning/policy development of a particular organisation.

Election of committee members will take place on an annual basis, as detailed in the rules of the organisation.

The committee will organise public information forums with the general arts community on a regular basis.

Unless additional meetings are required, the committee will meet on the first Monday of every month between 7:00 – 9:00.

The membership will elect a President, Vice President, Treasurer and Secretary and 3 ordinary committee members.

The Cultural Development/Planning Officers of Gosford and Wyong councils will be invited to attend as non-voting liaison ex-officios members of the committee.
